• 是一款將連接器、IGBT 模塊、網口、端子鉚釘、汽車電子產品等精密器件壓裝在 PCB 上的一種在線式全自動壓裝設備；採用堅固、耐用 H 型結構，X/Y/Z/R 伺服電機驅動，精密滾珠絲桿傳動，高精密壓力傳感系統提供壓；採用在線工作模式，支持左進右出或右進左出的工作模式；採用多項控制系統有效保證壓力、位移、角度、斜率、取樣、速度、角度、保壓等產品的個性化壓接需要；
• 程序採用數據庫管理，每個零件、模具、PCBA、速度模版、包絡曲線均可創建數據庫，按需求自由搭配；壓力曲線實時顯示、保存、曲線包絡及曲線分析軟件功能；數據庫管理模塊、SPC 管理模塊、日誌管理模塊、生產產品可追溯模塊、操作權限管理模塊；
• 採用高精密壓力傳感系統，同時滿足：滿量程 ±1%，目標值 5%，壓力分辨率：1N，CPK > 1.67；上模具自動更換功能及 > 11 種模具庫位，可按程序設定自動更換不同模具壓接不同種類器件；並同時兼顧單模架和集成模架功能；
• 具備實時顯示壓力位置曲線和壓力曲線的保存功能，壓力位置曲線自動保存軟件包模塊、壓力曲線分析模塊；視覺檢測功能：條碼掃描、Mark 點掃描及補償、模具驗證掃描、激光高度檢測。
